Project Manager

Jamie commenced with GCS in 2014 as assistant project manager.

He works closely with our team providing support and in-house expertise to ensure all contract administration tasks are executed as quickly as possible.
Jamie has sound industry knowledge and understands the construction process including design and construction deliveries, staged handovers, pre-construction planning, programming, cost management, practical completion requirements, and defects management.

Jamie has excellent technical, time management and organisational skills.

Jamie works closely with GCS’ project directors providing support across a number of areas. Key responsibilities include site instructions and RFIs, document and drawing registers, participation in review and analysis of tenders, program reviews, progress claims, and EOTs and variations during the construction phase. He also attends design and PCG meetings as required, produces client reports, and liaises with builders and consultants.
