Located within a busy retail complex, GCS was engaged as superintendent/ project manager responsible for overall project delivery, contractor tender negotiations, contract compilation, superintendent services, and management of the commissioning, handover and defect liability period. The project design was co-ordinated to blend in with the Airport Masterplan for the total precinct.

Part of Brisbane Airport’s commercial, retail and lifestyle precinct Skygate, Stage 4 expansion works involved the construction of an additional 4,695 square metres of NLA, a two level retail and office connector building with a pedestrian connection path, and a four level 1,000 space car park.
