GCS was engaged as superintendent / project manager responsible for the overall project delivery, contractor tender negotiations, superintendent services, and management of the completion, commissioning, handover and defect liability period.

GCS also undertook the same role for Bunnings’ 6,265 square metre retail warehouse, including 184 car parks, located at Oxenford.
