Our team provided procurement advice and performance reports on all subcontractors, suppliers, specialist trades and consultants; overviewed all budget and cost control to resolve any issues or concerns; reported any potential impacts to cost and time and made recommendations to resolve or mitigate; and assisted with authority, government agency, or other statutory requirements as necessary.
