Kmart Oxenford is the first standalone Kmart to be constructed on the Gold Coast. The new store stands on a 1.35 hectare site and is situated between Global Plaza and Tamborine-Oxenford Roads, adjoining an existing Bunnings Warehouse. The retail centre boats 6,265 square metres of retail space and an external car park comprising 184 car parks.
