GCS is acting as RL57’s principal’s representative for major changes to the base building and tenancies. GCS is providing assistance with all design, buildability, and change management services. The main base building is currently under construction. The retail scope comprises four (4) major tenancies including provision for future sub-tenancies. The tenancies wrap around Cunningham Street and Skyring Terrace in the heart of the Gasworks precinct.
