John Gaskin founded Gaskin Construction Services (GCS) in 2005 to provide project management/superintendent, independent assessor, and advisory services for developers, property investors/asset owners, building contractors, and public sector clients.
We offer clients an experienced, skilful and committed team that can manage the entire process from pre-planning feasibilities and design development, through to construction, final handover and defects management.
